My name is Evie Goodey.
I remember feeling completely exhausted and burnt out couple of years ago, which has started my journey to better health and eventually becoming a health coach.
I started my own research to getting healthier, read articles about health and a friend of mine sent me a link to health coaching course. I joined a webinar and I felt an immediate pull towards not only finding answers to getting healthier, but also helping others to do the same.
Naturopathic approach which I have learned about in my studies made a massive change in how I feel. Learning about human body, nutrition and coaching has put a new, inspired outlook into my life and has given me a new energy and zest for life.
I hope that these recipes will inspire you to create a positive change in your journey to better health.
