Health Coach, mum, wife and business owner.

We will look at many ways our approach to wellbeing is driving our every day activities and how we show up at work. We will reframe some of our limiting beliefs about being healthy here.
This week we will explore how what we eat affects our mood. You will learn about some nutrients in the food you eat and how you can make simple changes to feel less tired.
This week you will learn about the way sugar spikes in your blood affect how you feel throughout the day and how it affects the way you make your choices. You will implement simple hacks to regain your stable energy throughout the day.
Week four is all about finding joy in movement! You will see how much difference it makes in your work and how your clients notice your magnetic energy when you make the exercise a non- negotiable in your weekly calendar. You will find your own way to enjoy it as well.
Module five is all about the Gut-Brain connection. We will learn about actions you can take to feed your gut the right stuff and reduce or get rid of the brain fog.
Week 6 is all about setting yourself up for success in the way you shop for your food. We will create online shopping lists and put some practical systems in place to make your life easier. This will save you so much time, which you can spend working in your zone of genius.
Eat Well 360 - Recipes for Success
Week seven will see you equipped with quick and easy recipes for several dishes that can work with each other. You'll be able to pick and tweak to your taste and have stuff with you on the go on those busy days away from your home kitchen.
Batch cooking will be your new superpower and this week you will learn a few quick rules of getting your food prepared for the week.
Plus, we will learn together - in a Live, cook-along session online.
This week we will talk how neglecting your wellness and not putting yourself first can affect your emotional state and the way you show up in your business. Also, how long term emotional challenges can end up causing physical illness if not addressed. There is only ONE YOU in this world and you deserve to feel good every day.
This week will really help to move the needle in your work. We will work through techniques and changes you can implement in order to reduce stress hormone levels, get better rest and show up full of beans for your clients.
Hacks to support women's health are at the heart of this week's module. When we feel balanced, we can be of better help to our clients too. You will get some nutrition and exercise tips to find your own balance.
Last week is to really set all the foundations we worked on in stone. To make sure that these 12 weeks are just a beginning of your new new healthy lifestyle. Making your new habits stick for good will take your life and business to new heights.
I want to make sure that you get some individual time with me before we begin the group sessions. This will help me to understand your health history and help you to get clear on which are of your wellbeing requires most attention in this programme.
