VIP DAYS

In-person event in your home, where we do a kitchen audit and set your environment for success in implementing new, healthy habits. We will also cook some meals together and create an action plan for achieving your goals (in healthy food, fitness, stress, sleep or any other area of wellness). You will have my undivided attention for 6 hours on that day.
